Soft Start Circle Time: Begin the day with gentle songs and rhymes to settle your baby and ease into the session.
Mum & Baby Yoga: Aimee will guide you through a yoga session tailored for postnatal healing, with calming breathwork to ease anxiety and playful baby yoga sequences designed to aid digestion and promote calm.
Tea Break: Take time to relax and connect with other mums over nourishing snacks and herbal teas.
Baby Massage Workshop: Jemma, a fully qualified baby massage therapist, will teach you hands-on massage techniques to soothe and calm your baby while building a beautiful bond.
