Wild Tide Yoga
Seasonal Yoga works by aligning our bodies with the changing energies in nature. We do this through carefully designed yoga postures and flows to promote optimum health at each time of the year.
The beauty of Seasonal Yoga is that the pace, intention and ambience in our classes will be different at each time
of year. For example in Summer we focus on a more fiery, fast paced flow to cultivate strength and open our hearts;
whereas in Winter classes will be much more Yin and restorative with a focus on rest and introspection.
Classes will usually include breathwork to calm the
nervous system, meditation to bring stillness to the mind and a yoga flow class tailored to the current season.
We also incorporate Qi Gong and meridian stretches to balance our energies within each season.
We now have two weekly seasonal flow classes to choose from, both on Thursday evenings.
