I first discovered meditation as a teenager, when my mum took me along to a local Buddhist meditation group. We began attending weekly sessions together, eventually joining a local Sangha and going on to spend time at residential and silent retreats. At the time, I was just looking for a way to manage the noise and stress of everyday life — but what I found was something much deeper: a practice that would become a lifelong companion.
Over the years, my meditation practice has evolved and shifted — sometimes structured, sometimes more intuitive — but it’s always been a space I return to. Like a gentle anchor in the storm.
I completed my Level 1 Mindfulness Practitioner training with the Mindfulness Association in 2019, and have since studied meditation further as part of my ongoing 500-hour yoga teacher training. My approach blends traditional mindfulness and breath awareness techniques with heart based practices from the yoga tradition.

Whether you’re new to meditation or reconnecting with it after a break, I offer guidance that’s grounded, welcoming and real. You don’t need to sit cross-legged in silence for hours — meditation can meet you exactly where you are.
I see meditation as a powerful part of the self-care toolkit — not something we ‘add on’ to life, but a way of being that supports every part of it. You might begin simply with a few minutes of breath awareness a day, and from there, begin to feel the ripples it creates: in your nervous system, in your energy, in the way you move through the world.
Come as you are. There’s no perfect way to meditate — just a willingness to pause and listen.
